We are joined by palliative care and senior care specialist on our show who is a wealth of information on death and grief. Michele Thomson is a beautiful human who is an expert on how to deal with the experience of watching a loved one move on from this life. She explains her experience in palliative care, her journey with death in her own lifetime, and her budding career as a corporate trainer since 2018. Her information is lifechanging and incredible- she reminds us to focus on being fully present in our current lived experience and avoid carrying the heaviness and anxiety of what days we may never get.
